At the Unbreakable woman we care about women's  mental health, and we believe that times of refreshments away from our busy lives  and girl chats where we have conversations that are raw and authentic is very important as far as mental health is concerned. At the retreat we get to discuss things like self care, how to deal with trauma, cleaning, everything about marriage and relationships, business and so on.
